The thermal spa pools are fantastic! They offer a variety of pool options and the water is clean and refreshing. I also enjoyed trying out different types of massages, which were all excellent. The staff at the spa were knowledgeable and provided great assistance. the restaurants at the hotel surprised me with their delicious food and excellent service. It was a pleasant surprise to find such good dining options in the middle of the countryside.
There were a few downsides during my stay. Some of the new staff members were not very customer-friendly, particularly at the 'smart pool' area.

The hotel is unashamedly stylishly understated and elegant, providing a perfect Italian retreat. the treatments available were amazing, with options like a salt scrub and massage. the pool is warm and inviting, with thermal waters offering a rejuvenating experience. the hotel also has a nice airy breakfast room and clean facilities, with the water in the pools changed every 2 days.
The absence of a friendly staff member at the smart pool area has made a big difference in creating a relaxed holiday ambience.

Stayed here over New Year. the spa treatments were very good, and there are plenty of pools to explore. the thermal water was very hot and soothing, and made for a lovely relaxing time. the food was top, notch, showcasing authentic Italian cuisine. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable even though they did not speak much English. Great location near some beautiful countryside walks.
Our room was extremely small and very cramped. We felt like we were in a box.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spectacular and provided a nice view. The thermal spa pools were wonderful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite their limited English, they managed to coordinate everything I needed. The hotel had great facilities, including clean and well-maintained pools. The cleanliness of the rooms and the daily towel changes were impressive. The hotel also provided a nice outdoor seating area, allowing me to enjoy the pleasant evenings. Additionally, there was ample parking space, making it convenient for guests with cars.
Nothing that I didn't like.
